Shipping policy
At Line by Heart, we currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.
Order Process
- After placing your order, you will receive your design proof by email within 2–4 business days. You can provide feedback and approve it before we proceed. For faster review, select the "First in Line" option.
- Once your design is approved, we begin production, which typically takes 1–3 business days.
- After production, your order is shipped to the address provided.
Important: Choosing "First in Line" lets you receive your design proof within 48 business hours, but it does not change the shipping timeframe.
